YSQ scores
Section from the interactive two-leg model reference: attachment and assertiveness legs, coping modes under stress, and tools that support balance.
YSQ-R Scored Mode Map
The coordinate mode map with actual YSQ-R scores mapped to mode regions. Uses Lyrakos-style schema-to-mode mapping: elevated schemas (mean ≥4.0) are mapped to suggested mode labels for reflection. The purple marker shows your position based on domain scores.
This is scored from YSQ-R results — showing how questionnaire data maps to the mode framework for discussion with a qualified professional. Not a clinical mode diagnosis; based on YSQ-R, not separately administered SMI.

YSQ-R Scoring Method (Lyrakos-style)
- Schema-to-Mode Mapping: Elevated schemas (mean ≥4.0) are mapped to suggested mode labels using the Lyrakos-style heuristic.
- Position Calculation: Internalizing schemas (Abandonment, Defectiveness, Emotional Deprivation) pull left; externalizing (Entitlement, Punitiveness) pull right.
- Coping Highlight: Based on dominant coping style tendency from your schema profile.
- Disclaimer: This is a heuristic overlay for reflection—not a clinical mode diagnosis. Based on YSQ-R, not separately administered SMI.
