Partner B's Role

Listen without interrupting, then reflect back what you heard and validate the feeling.

Step-by-Step:
  1. 1Set a timer for 10 minutes
  2. 2Partner A shares for 5 minutes: one feeling + trigger + what they need
  3. 3Partner B reflects: "I hear you felt [emotion] when [trigger]. That makes sense."
  4. 4Partner B validates: "It makes sense you felt that way because..."
  5. 5Switch roles for remaining 5 minutes
  6. 6End with appreciation: thank each other for sharing and listening
