Can I upgrade later?
Yes! You can upgrade to any paid plan at any time. Your data and progress will be preserved when you upgrade.
What payment methods will be accepted?
We'll accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay) through our secure payment processor.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! We plan to offer a 14-day free trial for paid plans so you can try all features before committing.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period, and you can export your data before cancellation.
What is Couples Connect?
Couples Connect is our comprehensive relationship growth platform available on all tiers. Why does Starter include Bible Study but Growth doesn't?
Starter is designed so you can try Bible Study and core features at no cost. Growth focuses on unlimited usage of goals, reflections, and chat for users who don't need Bible tools. If you want both unlimited usage and Bible Study (plus PDF reports and advanced AI), choose Transformation.
What's the difference between Growth and Transformation plans?
Growth includes unlimited usage of core features (goals, reflections, chat, check-ins), unlimited SMS import, advanced analytics, pattern analysis, data export (CSV/JSON), and full Couples Connect features. Transformation adds PDF progress reports, Bible Study tools, advanced AI insights, sentiment analysis, relationship pattern detection, personalized growth roadmap, custom goal categories, multi-conversation analysis, trend analysis over time, and priority support for deeper personal development.
Who should choose the Coach plan?
The Coach plan is designed for therapists, life coaches, counselors, and small practices. It includes multi-user support (up to 5 clients), Practice Management (scheduling, portal, billing, and optional insurance claims), HIPAA-aligned technical safeguards when your deployment and contracts support them, client progress dashboards, API access, and white-label options. Coach pricing is flat monthly — no per-claim submission fees. ePrescribe is an optional add-on only when you need live pharmacy routing; you are not charged for ePrescribe in your base Coach fee if you do not enable it. In Coaching practice mode, claims navigation stays hidden while private-pay invoicing and packages stay front and center. Covered-entity compliance still requires your BAAs, subprocessors, inference routes, retention rules, and organizational policies—not application labels alone. See Help → Coach tier data boundaries.
What is Safety Check?
Safety Check is a reflection tool that lets you run a conversation or message through our system to see how it might be experienced by the other person—tone, intensity, and potential triggers. It helps you communicate more clearly and is available on all plans. It is not a substitute for professional advice. You can share the full report with a friend, partner, or therapist (Create share link; Copy link or Copy link + message). PDF, text, and CSV exports include the full report when available.
What are Communications Wizard and Prayer Wizard?
Communications Wizard guides you through drafting or refining messages with AI feedback before you send them. Prayer Wizard helps you structure prayer requests and reflections. Both can use multi-model consensus for analysis. They are included across plans; find them under your dashboard.
