1. Client portal (appointments, messages, forms)
The portal does not use a password you set on this website. Your care team sends a secure sign-in link by email—after booking, a portal invite, or an appointment reminder (some practices also send reminder texts). Open that link on the device where you want to use the portal.
- Find your secure link — Check email or texts from your provider (booking confirmation, portal invite, or reminder).
- Open it on this device — The link starts your portal session—no password field on the portal sign-in page.
- Need a new link? — Use Email me a sign-in link on your practice portal page, or contact your provider to resend.
- Link expired or never arrived? Contact your provider and ask them to resend.
- Looking for scheduling only? Your provider may also offer a public booking page.
