I am a scientist, a corporate America survivor, a mother, a toxicologist, and a cancer researcher. In the eyes of the world I was labeled “successful,” but that success came with a cost: I negotiated away parts of myself in exchange for security until my body started giving out at the pinnacle of my outward success.

From my heart to yours, I share what I have learned in science, philosophy, and lived experience—illuminating hidden connections between body, mind, and everyday life so you can be fully who you want to be.

I studied toxicology, developed cancer drugs in the laboratory, and built a 20-year healthcare career—while internally living with extreme stress, brain fog, and burnout. Chronic stress injured my spine and took my health and career until I rebuilt a neuroscience-backed path to recovery.

Tzeli Triantafillou is a toxicologist, former cancer-drug researcher, and certified integrative wellness coach. She founded Myndzen after her own burnout recovery journey to give helping professionals a science-backed path back to health, clarity, and sustainable performance.
